Synthwave Style Elven City

As part of a poll running in my Discord server I got the prompt "Neon Tokyo with DnD creatures".

As I like to interpret themes creatively I went with two different themes and merged them for this drawing.
On one hand I looked at (High) Elven Architecture / Environments, so spiral towers, forests and elegant shapes and railings.
On the other hand I looked towards the neon tokyo / cyberpunk feeling. Which consists of a lot of glowing elements, a focus on a gradient scaling from yellow to orange, red, purple and blue. I tried to make sure the elven towers had cyberpunk elements such as glowing windows and the big sun on the background to set the mood.

I experimented a lot more with environmental lighting effects in this piece and layer effects such as multiply and soft light.
